Adult Membership (18 years and older)

The official membership year runs from June 1st to May 31st.
Dues for each year are due on or before June 1st, regardless of when the initial membership was granted.

Determine the level of membership you need.

Voting members are active in running the club, chair committees, serve on the board, and attend most events. If applying for voting membership, you are required to attend 2 out of the last 4 meetings and sign the guest list before submitting your application. Also, record the dates of meeting attendance on your membership application.

Sustaining members attend occasionally and assist with events they enjoy.

All memberships require 2 voting member sponsors. Contact your sponsors and ask that they complete and submit the sponsor forms in the “Members Only” section of the BMDCR website. If you need assistance in finding sponsors, please send an email to membership@bmdcr.org.

Fill out this application completely. Submit a separate application for each member in a household.

Read the Code of Conduct. This is the 2nd page of the form and must be signed.

Select all fees that apply to your membership and calculate your total due.

Save your completed form to your computer, email it by attachment to membership@bmdcr.org, and then click the DONATE button on the website Membership page to pay online. Acceptance of payment does not constitute approval of membership.
